🚫 Order Cancellation

- Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

💰 Refund Policy
Prepaid Orders
- If a return is approved (for example, due to a defective or damaged product), the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 working days.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- Refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Customers must provide UPI/bank details when submitting the return request.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
✅ Return Eligibility
You may request a return only if:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incomplete on delivery.
- A full unboxing video is provided as proof (from package opening to product inspection).
- The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used or damaged by the customer.
- Products returned without a valid unboxing video.
- Products returned after 48 hours of delivery.
- Free gifts or promotional items.
🔄 Exchange Policy
- We do not offer direct exchanges.
- If you need a replacement, you must first return the eligible item and place a new order.
